Wallace Pub Vaise - Restaurant
8 rue de la Claire - 69009 Lyon 9ème
The Wallace Pub is a typically Scottish pub in the heart of the Vaise district. Here, as in its two eponymous pubs (in Saint-Paul, 5th arrondissement, and Rue Thomassin, 2nd arrondissement) we place great emphasis on selecting our products.
Enjoy two different menu options at this Scottish-themed restaurant:
- At lunch, you can enjoy the daily special prepared by the chefs, as well as choose from seasonal dishes. You'll also have the pleasure of sampling a selection of bone-aged meats. Depending on what's available, the chefs prepare beef ribs, fillets, and sirloin steaks, which they cook in a JOSPER charcoal oven.
- In the evening, indulge in pub classics: fish and chips, burgers, club sandwiches, sliders, and other charcuterie and cheese platters.
One motto: HOMEMADE cooking.
The pub broadcasts all major sporting events on two giant screens: football, rugby, the Olympic Games, the Euros, the World Cup, and more. Live concerts are held throughout the year, and every first Monday of the month, a traditional Irish band comes to liven up the pub.
If you'd like to "taste" a little bit of Scotland, the team will be happy to welcome you!
