At Vatel, the students train to take up management posts in the international tourism and hotel sector. Vatel Restaurant is where they acquire the "hands-on" basics to enable them to be better managers.
Its teaching principles are based on structured and controlled alternation between university theory and professional experience.
Called to manage professionals in the hospitality and under the supervision of their teachers, they familiarise themselves with reception, service and culinary techniques in the Vatel restaurant.
In a pleasant dining room decorated with great names of French gastronomy, they offer a classic and delicious cuisine. Their specialities: a variety of foie gras over the seasons and a mouth-watering dessert trolley.
