At Jean Moulin, we cook the way we love our city: with generosity, character, and ingredients that have a story to tell. Led by chef Maxime Mounier, our cuisine draws on the Rhône Valley, its producers, its terroirs and its flavors, for dishes that are honest, indulgent and sincere.
Among them, his creamy Rigotte de Condrieu has become the signature of the house: an emblematic cheese of the Rhône, worked with a gentle touch, which sums up the spirit of our table, rooted in its region and proud of its roots.

Every dish finds its echo in our wine list of 160 selections, from generous glasses to exceptional bottles. The Rhône Valley naturally holds pride of place, with Condrieu leading the way, but our sommellerie also invites you to discover other grape varieties and other regions, chosen with the same standards: lively, authentic wines, true to our cuisine.
