After eight years on Rue de Chavanne in Lyon's 1st arrondissement, chef Gaëtan Gentil and his partner Céline Boinon are putting down roots in the Confluence neighbourhood, near the Marché Gare, the city's historic wholesale market, to take the Prairial experience even further.
At this Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant, the chef offers an immersive gastronomic experience. The tables are arranged around the kitchen in the centre of the room, and the dishes are finished before your eyes. It's a real live show where the kitchen, dining room and wine cellar come together in the heart of the arena, in an intimate atmosphere with refined décor.
Respect for seasonality, rigorous selection of local products, attentive listening to producers, daily creativity... Gaëtan Gentil offers ethical, conscious and poetic cuisine, celebrating the surrounding nature and the work of the men and women of the Earth.
The menu evolves day by day, without constraints, according to the harvests and gatherings, meetings with producers and the chef's inspiration. Constant inventiveness for a deeply rooted culinary adventure, constantly renewed and enhanced by Céline Boinon's food and drink pairings.
