Les Assembleurs is a great wine bar, but not the only one! The food is generous and authentic, the beers are carefully selected and the team are delighted to share their passion with you.
Open six days a week, near the Rhône's river banks, between Guillotière and the Prefecture, Les Assembleurs Préfecture is a real place to live.
In the morning, meet for coffee, then at lunchtime for a bistronomic menu that changes every day. At the end of the day, you'll be delighted by the tapas, to share or not, but always with a glass of wine, a beer or a cocktail.
At the bar, there are 20 wines on draught (yes, just like the beer), with a simple aim: to help you discover the world of grape varieties and blends, without pretension, but above all for pleasure.
In the kitchen, the daily menus are renewed daily, as is the tapas menu in the evening, always making a point of using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce.
