Awarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France and two Michelin stars in the Loire region, Chef Christophe Roure has moved to Lyon to open his restaurant "Le Neuvième Art." Located in the Brotteaux district and a stone's throw from Tête d'Or Park, share a convivial moment while enjoying creative and colorful cuisine.
Designer and refined, the elegant and refined dining room is furnished with light wood tables, crumpled paper pendant lights, linen curtains, and chairs upholstered in soft green felt. Transparency, soft lighting, and natural touches create a relaxing atmosphere, allowing the Chef's culinary creations to shine.
The classically inspired cuisine is modern, artistic, and sometimes playful, blending the techniques of the masters of French gastronomy with the Chef's inventive identity. The menu naturally features local and seasonal products.
