Founded in 1864, the Grand Café des Négociants proposes a tasty combination of tradition and modernity. Whatever the time of day, the brasserie will have something to tempt your taste buds.
The brasserie caters to your wishes at all times of the day: breakfast from 7 am, 2 or 3 course lunches, the famous hot chocolate or a scoop of home made ice cream in the afternoon, a cocktail created by our cocktail barman as an aperitif, a traditional or Lyonnais menu for dinner and the entire restaurant menu available until midnight, perfect for after seeing a show.
The menu reflects the character of les Négociants, being a compromise between the style of cuisine handed down by the Mères Lyonnaises and the originality of the food combinations created by our Head Chef. The Grand Café des Négociants... a brasserie, an institution and a place to be since 1864.
