Brasserie Roseaux truly pays homage to French tradition in an elegant Art Deco interior. There, Chefs Tabata and Ludovic Mey offer generous, cuisine bourgeoise inspired by Auguste Escoffier, served by the tableside in front of diners. This gourmet restaurant with a warm ambiance has a large shaded terrace with capacity for 80 seats. With options like prime rib of beef, whole fish Meunière and Vol au Vents to share, the à la carte menu gives pride of place to great classics, along with the menu of the day for lunch. The wine menu offers a selection of more than 500 bottles and highlights the diversity of terroirs, focussing on the Rhône Valley, Beaujolais, Burgundy and Savoy.
