Brasserie des Deux Rives
68 rue Mercière - 69002 Lyon 2ème
The Brasserie des Deux Rives, the new Lyonnaise establishment of the Nouvelle Garde, is moored at 68 rue Mercière to unload all their great classics of the French brasserie: egg mayo, leek vinaigrette, steak frites, sausage and mash, poultry with crayfish, and even Paris-Brest. The cheerful team cooks every day from A to Z the best French regional products, sourced locally.
The merry brigade of La Nouvelle Garde - Brasserie Bellanger, Dubillot, Martin, Des Prés, Charlie, Campion and Barbotin - are setting up shop in what is rightly called the world capital of gastronomy: Lyon. It's at 68 rue Mercière, in place of the legendary Eden Rock Café, that she is once again sharpening her knives in her latest home, the Brasserie Des Deux Rives. Ready as ever to take on the classics of its new home - andouille brioche, poultry with crayfish or gâteau mille crêpes with pralines - it is also delighting the city with its brasserie totems, which have made its delicious reputation over the past 6 years.
