With its 8 distinct spaces, the museum is the ideal venue for your business meetings (conventions, seminars, trade fairs, gala dinners, cocktails, product launches...), from 40 to 1,000 guests, day or evening!
Take advantage of our two auditoriums to enhance your meetings and conferences for 20 to 310 guests. Whether it's a simple conference or a hybrid event, our technicians will be at your side to provide the best possible support.
When the museum closes its doors, imagine a moment out of time in a bold and inspiring architectural setting under the 33-metre glass roof of the Cristal, and extend the evening on the terrace along the water's edge.
The Galerie Emile Guimet will be the enchanting backdrop for your events, placing them at the heart of an exhibition hall, while you can enjoy a cocktail at the exhibition doors and discover the collections in a museum-night atmosphere.
Access to the exhibitions during museum opening hours is included in all space rentals. If your program is too full, we'll give you tickets to come back whenever you like.

3 PRM parking spaces under the autobridge in the immediate vicinity of the museum
During peak periods, 2 additional spaces may exceptionally be made available to visitors in the museum's supplier/employee car park (please report to the guard post barrier on the side of the museum). Access authorised subject to availability.

Grand Auditorium
The Grand Auditorium is the venue for your conferences, seminars, general assemblies or plenary meetings at the museum. It is equipped with a technical control room and a translation booth. It has a large capacity and a modular stage area. The privatisation package includes a 240 m² hall (reception, breakfast and breaks). Sub-committee rooms available on request for workshops and small group work sessions.

Galerie Emile Guimet
The Gallery is a modular space with a view over the Cristal, the museum's grand reception hall. You can use it for a private meeting, workshop, cocktail party or gala dinner. Equipped with a control room and a catering service, the Gallery can be used in conjunction with your work in the auditoriums or reserved for your private evenings with a visit to the temporary or permanent exhibitions.

At the heart of the temporary exhibitions, this space is ideal for cocktails and aperitifs on its glass floor. Cocktails for 80 to 300 people.

This intimate roof-top terrace overlooking the city, 30 metres above the Rhône, is ideal for open-air cocktail parties! Panoramic view over Lyon and the Confluence.

At the gates of Le Cristal and alongside the Rhône, this terrace offers superb views over the Rhône and Lyon. It can be hired for private functions or as a complement to Le Cristal. From 40 to 1000 people in cocktail format.
