La Fabuleuse Cantine is shaking things up by offering local, seasonal cuisine committed to fighting food waste.
Born from a strong desire to reduce food waste, La Fabuleuse Cantine has built a vibrant network of producers, farmers, market gardeners, and social inclusion gardens. How? By purchasing surplus or imperfect products — and transforming them into dishes that are both delicious and environmentally friendly.
During the day, the place runs as a café: seasonal dishes to enjoy on-site or take away in reusable glass jars.
From 6 p.m., the mood becomes festive: happy hour, an evening menu to share, and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
The extra treat? A cultural program from Thursday to Saturday: salsa nights, live concerts, world music, artisan markets… colourful evenings that take you on a journey.
On Sundays, join us for brunch! From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., we serve an all-you-can-eat buffet : local, seasonal, and homemade.
La Fabuleuse Cantine is a hidden gem just steps from Place Jean Macé. A precious spot for those lucky enough to find it. Summer bonus: a sunny terrace, perfect for remote working or soaking up the sun.
