The best of Lyonnais gastronomy

Since the 19th of December 2018, this is Lyon's new temple of gastronomy, which brings together nine local artisans, including three holders of the MOF (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France) title, all masters of their respective culinary arts, in an exceptional historical setting.

Who are they?
The confectioner Pignol, the baker Pozzoli, the butcher Trolliet and the fishmonger Vianey, as well as the restaurateur Le Théodore, the cheesemaker La Mère Richard, the greengrocer Cerise & Potiron, the chocolatier Voisin and the wine merchant Guyot.

Designed to be a living and sharing space, Les Halles is a paradise for food lovers, who can come here for a delicious break at any time of day, in the dining areas offering a panoramic view over the river Rhône.

Hold a cocktail reception at Les Halles du Grand Hôtel-Dieu

This 1200 m² space with two floors dedicated to food tasting can be hired for private evening events for 150 to 350 guests, in a characterful setting beneath the vaulted ceiling designed by Jacques-Germain Soufflot, for a delicious and varied gastronomic journey. 

Private events can be held from 8 pm to midnight.
