We can help you free of charge to find a venue for your convention, conference or colloquium, as well as an evening venue for your dinners and cocktail parties and hotel rooms for your participants.

More specifically, if you are bidding for a congress in you field of expertise, the Convention Bureau can offer you personalised assistance and support at every stage of the bidding process.

For international conferences of over 1500 people, the Convention Bureau, with the Metropole and service providers, has set up Welcome by ONLYLYON, a welcome service for your participants.

Finally, if you organise conferences regularly and would like to share your experience and learn from those of others, we invite you to join the ONLYLYON ambassadors network.
