Assessment of specifications
Your specifications are the document that sets out all your needs (space, F&B and accommodation, etc.) for your event.
Feel free to let us know your (or your client's) preferences in terms of location, style and services.
The event specifications will enable us to better aim to meet your expectations and offer you the most suitable venues.
Partners
If your event is for fewer than 150 people, we'll simply put you in touch with our partners, who will be able to draw you up an estimate based on your specifications.
Invitations to tender
If your event is for more than 150 people, we can launch an invitation to tender, i.e. contact the venues/service providers you've selected.
Next up, two solutions are open to you: either you're directly contacted by our partners, or we centralise the tenders then forward them to you.
